Service Description
This is a rejuvenating and relaxing Yoga class for all levels practiced every Monday morning. The practice will involve a set of Asana (physical postures) and breathing techniques, practised more slowly to heighten your sense of awareness and presence.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Period: Participants must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid any penalties, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 2.Rescheduling: Participants are allowed to reschedule their session without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the original class time, subject to availability, aligning with UK consumer rights guidelines. 3. Emergency Situations: In case of sudden illness or emergency situations, participants can contact the merchant as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling or refunds, adhering to UK consumer rights regarding unforeseen circumstances. 4.Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period (24 hours before the class), as mandated by UK consumer law. Refunds will be provided in the form of credits that can be used for future bookings, in compliance with UK consumer protection regulations. 5.Cancellation by the Merchant: In the event that the Merchant needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and their session will be either refunded or credited back, in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation. 6.Policy Acknowledgement: By purchasing the session, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy, meeting the requirements set forth by UK consumer protection regulations. 7.Communication: All cancellations, rescheduling requests, and inquiries regarding the cancellation policy should be communicated to the merchant through the designated channels as stipulated by UK consumer rights legislation. 8.Policy Updates: The merchant reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance, in compliance with UK consumer protection regulations. 10.Exceptions: The merchant may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, adhering to the principles of fairness and reasonableness outlined in UK consumer rights legislation.
