Why Yoga Beyond the Poses
YOGA – from the Sanskrit yog meaning “joining” or “union”.
Dive Deeper into the Essence of your Yoga Practice.
The poses teach us to align the mind, the body, and the breath to stand firmly in our presence and well-being. Once this balance is achieved, you can journey further within to understand your true nature.

Practicing beyond the poses takes you into the heart of the Yoga discipline where you build character and sharpen the mind to cut through the illusions of reality: fear, anxiety, and worry.

The aim of Yoga has always been to realize your divine nature and awaken to a meaningful and purposeful life.
“Without yogic practice, how can spiritual knowledge free you from suffering? Without spiritual knowledge, how can yogic practice free you from suffering? Both are required for liberation”
